Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Development on the SME team to lead new B2B payment capabilities from concept through market validation and delivery. You will collaborate with Engineering, Architecture and Design to shape API-first products and user-facing features.

You will own backlogs, define requirements, measure outcomes, and communicate progress to stakeholders while enabling scalable, secure, and reliable platform capabilities for Small Businesses and Mid-Market

Qualifications

Experience in B2B payments and ERP systems integration.
Experience in product development or technical product management.
Fluency with APIs, data flows, and integration requirements.
Ability to write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Strong research and analytical skills; customer-centric approach.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities with cross-functional teams.
Translate problems into epics, features, and technical requirements.
Manage product backlog and define success metrics.
Design scalable APIs, data models, and integration frameworks.
Support SDLC activities from planning to production rollout.
Measure feature adoption and drive continual improvements.
Maintain release docs and stakeholder updates.
