Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Development on the SME team to drive B2B payments capabilities from concept to market validation and delivery. You will work with Engineering and Architecture to define APIs, data flows, and user-facing features, while supporting the Product Management team in roadmap execution.
You will collaborate across Engineering, Data Science, Design and TPM teams to prioritise work, refine requirements, and ensure secure, scalable solutions that meet
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in B2B payments including AP/AR and virtual cards.
- Experience in product development or technical product management.
- Fluency with APIs, data flows and integration requirements.
- Ability to write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria (incl. non-functional aspects).
- Strong customer insight and ability to translate into product improvements.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Figma (Aha! is a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across the organisation.

- Define, prioritise, and deliver platform capabilities with cross-functional teams.
- Translate customer problems and market opportunities into epics, features, and user stories.
- Own backlog management, prioritisation, and requirements refinement for engineering readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering to design scalable APIs, data models, and workflows.
- Support full software development lifecycle from design to production rollout.
- Define integration requirements with internal and external providers to accelerate delivery.
- Measure feature adoption and platform performance to drive improvements.
- Maintain product documentation and provide roadmap updates to stakeholders.
