Global Payments seeks a Senior Product Manager to spearhead unified API experiences across Genius POS and partner integrations. You will own the API proposition for Value Added Services, define the product roadmap, and ensure market-leading solutions across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
• Industry Knowledge: A knowledge of payments technologies, POS systems, and partner ecosystems is essential.
• Specification Standards: A passion for API design and documentation using the OpenAPI Specification (OAS) is a plus.
• Technical Background: A background in software engineering is preferable but not essential.
• Collaboration: Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment.
• Tools: Experience with Stoplight, GitHub, SDKs and Developer Portals is a plus.
• Go-To-Market: Experience bringing customer and merchant-facing products to market.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology field from a college or university, or comparable market experience or training.
• Executive Presence: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting up to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive a unified integration experience for Genius POS and APIs to speed time-to-market.
• Own the API proposition for Value Added Services and partner growth.
• Create business & functional requirements for delivery teams.
• Design product changes using API standards such as OpenAPI.
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and GTM readiness.
• Proactively document changes for internal training sites and portals.
• Work with agile delivery teams to enable rapid feature delivery.
• Align stakeholders on product state and priorities across regions.
• Define vision for Genius, POS, VAS and Integrated Partners.
• Conduct market research and track product performance metrics.
• Develop regional enablement and training for Product, Sales and CS teams.
• Guide regional PMs with best practices to reach maturity.
