Job summary

Salesforce, with Fin, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of business messaging and AI-powered customer engagement. Lead a world-class team to deliver products touching millions daily and drive strategic roadmaps across engineering, design, and research.

You will own the Messenger product area, leverage AI to accelerate development, and collaborate on GTM strategy while maintaining world-class software quality and user impact.

Qualifications

• Sharp customer focus and problem framing using data and qualitative inputs.
• Define roadmap of features and areas of focus, communicating what, when and why.
• Build world-class product through close collaboration with engineering and design, leveraging AI.
• Understand AI systems and LLMs, assess feasibility and trade-offs.
• Technical fluency engaging with engineers on APIs, SaaS infra, low-code tooling and architecture.
• Outcome orientation: measure progress against customer and business impact.
• Leadership: strong communication, ownership and influence.
