Job summary

Salesforce, in its Fin AI group, is seeking Senior Product Engineers to build AI-powered products using ML Python stacks and Rails. You will work closely with ML Scientists and product teams to move concepts to production, shipping results to customers quickly.

The role emphasizes strong software fundamentals, without mandatory ML background, and offers a hybrid work policy within a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality products.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with willingness to learn ML.
• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript).

Responsibilities

• Build the systems that power Fin's flagship AI products using ML Python stack and Rails.
• Collaborate with ML Scientists to bring proof-of-concept code to production.
• Partner with cross-group product teams to shape AI-powered product experiences.
• Contribute to all phases of software development from ideation to testing.
• Mentor and support other engineers in the team.
• Raise the bar for technical standards, performance, and reliability.
