Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Development on the SME team to drive new B2B payments capabilities from concept to market. You’ll translate customer needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on API-first designs.

You’ll own backlog management, write epics and acceptance criteria, and guide delivery across the SDLC with cross‑functional teams. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and Figma will help you turn insights into

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferable.
• Strong understanding of B2B payments and ERP integrations.
• Experience in product development or technical product management.
• Hands-on API, data flows and integration design.
• Experience writing epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product improvements.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and Figma.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
