Job summary
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Development on the SME team to drive new capabilities from concept through market validation and into build. You will work with engineering on API-first products and collaborate with Architecture and Data Science to define requirements, prioritise features and ensure successful delivery.
You will manage the product backlog, refine requirements, and partner with internal and external providers to accelerate delivery and value for Small Businesses
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B payments and ERP/partner integration.
- Experience in product development or technical product management.
- Fluency with APIs, data flows and integration requirements.
- Proven ability to write epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize and deliver platform capabilities with cross-functional teams.
- Translate problems into epics, features and technical requirements.
- Own backlog management and delivery-ready specifications.
- Design scalable platform capabilities, APIs and data models.
- Collaborate across the software development lifecycle from planning to production.
- Define integration requirements with internal/ external providers.
- Measure feature adoption and translate insights into improvements.
- Maintain product documentation and release notes.
