Job summary
The Irish Times Group is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to be the analytical specialist for our app products. This senior, hands-on role focuses on app performance, customer behaviour, and data-driven opportunities, working with App Product and Technology teams to measure impact and inform decisions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data or analytics experience, including senior analyst level.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large analytic datasets.
- Hands-on experience using Power BI to build dashboards and reports.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platform.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary analytical partner for Apps (Mobile & Web) product stream.
- Analyse customer journeys, engagement, conversion and retention.
- Build evidence to identify data anomalies and data pipeline issues.
- Write SQL and work with underlying data; build and improve BI reporting.
- Turn analysis into clear recommendations for Product and senior stakeholders.
