Job summary

Air Apps is seeking a Product Analyst to analyze internal and external products, identify potential new functionalities, uncover bottlenecks, and provide data-driven insights to improve user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret product performance and support strategic decisions through actionable recommendations.

This is a fully onsite role at our Lisbon office, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance product features based on data insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate new functionalities and improve user engagement.
• Provide actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks in user flows and product performance.
