Job summary

Hadfield Green is seeking an experienced Senior Process Business Analyst to support a major business transformation programme within a large, complex organisation. The role focuses on process discovery, mapping and delivering practical improvements.

The Senior Process Business Analyst will lead end-to-end mapping, run discovery workshops with diverse stakeholders, and translate findings into detailed requirements, working across business and technology teams in Dublin on a hybrid basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Business Process Analysis within large, complex organisations.
• Strong experience in complex process mapping and As-Is / To-Be analysis.
• Knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping or similar methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience identifying process improvements and translating them into practical recommendations.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex end-to-end business process mapping.
• Running discovery workshops and interviews with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Mapping As-Is processes and helping define improved future-state processes.
• Developing process maps using recognised standards such as BPMN.
• Identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies and root causes.
• Translating process findings and business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Working across business and technology stakeholders.
• Supporting wider process improvement, transformation and change.
