Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' experience within the Financial Services industry.
• Senior BA on complex change or transformation programmes.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting detailed business requirements.
• Experience defining requirements for new products, platforms or capabilities from a standing start.
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong understanding of full project and software development lifecycle.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear requirements for technology teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead the gathering, analysis and documentation of complex business requirements across strategic transformation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define requirements for development of new products, services and capabilities from concept through implementation.
• Support solution design, development, testing, UAT and implementation activities.
• Ensure requirements are clearly documented, prioritised and traceable throughout delivery.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to meet business objectives.
• Contribute to successful delivery of wider strategic programmes across product, client and infrastructure initiatives.
