Job summary

Hybrid model with three days on-site; the ideal candidate has 5+ years in process analysis, BPMN proficiency, and stakeholder management; CBAP/PMI-PBA or Agile desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Process Analyst on large-scale projects in complex environments.
• Proven experience in complex business process mapping.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g. SAFe, Scrum) desirable

Responsibilities

• Discover and document existing business processes using techniques.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to map current As-Is processes.
• Develop and maintain process maps using BPMN.
• Elicit, define and prioritise detailed business requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement that may be purely process-based.
• Perform root cause analysis and translate needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure alignment with Enterprise Solution Architecture, IT Security, data governance and regulatory requirements.

Senior Process Business Analyst - Daily Rate Contract - Hybrid Working Model (3 Days' On-site)

The successful candidate will lead complex business process mapping activities, facilitate stakeholder workshops, elicit and document requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement across a broad range of business functions.

6 month initial contract term with the potential to extend.

Role Responsibilities:

Discover and document existing business processes using a variety of techniques and approaches.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to map out the current As Is process landscape.

Develop and maintain process maps using recognised methodologies and modelling standards (e.g. BPMN).

Elicit, define and prioritise detailed business requirements.

Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement that may be purely processed based.

Perform root cause analysis of problems identified within the As Is process landscape and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements

Ensure alignment with broader functional and technical requirements, such as Enterprise Solution Architecture, IT Security, data governance and regulatory requirements.

Support change management and adoption of solutions across the organisation.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Process Analyst working on large scale projects in a complex operational and technical environment.
• Extensive proven experience in complex business process mapping.

Skills:

• Extensive experience in business process analysis, process mapping and business transformation.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead/facilitate workshops and experience with engaging stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Experience analysing complex business processes and translating findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Qualifications:

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g. SAFe, Scrum) desirable
