Job summary

Jobgether SRL invites applications for a Senior People Partner based in Ireland. You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership, performance standards, and people practices across functions in a fast-growing, remote-first tech environment.

You will lead organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and change enablement while fostering a culture of trust and transparency. Excellent English and HR qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• At least five years in People Partnering or senior HR roles with influence over org and talent decisions.
• Professional HR qualification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD or equivalent.
• Strong coaching of managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance management.
• Experience leading complex employee relations cases with sound judgment.
• Hands-on experience implementing performance management frameworks.
• Knowledge of employment legislation in at least one relevant jurisdiction (UK/US/Germany).
• Experience with organizational change, restructurings, and process improvements.
• Ability to develop and communicate practical HR policies across teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for executives.
• Experience partnering with Engineering/Product in fast-growth tech.
• Strong analytics to translate people metrics into actions.
• Autonomy, accountability, discretion, and adaptability in a dynamic env.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary People Partner for one or two departments, advising on performance and development.
• Coach managers through complex conversations, conflict resolution, and feedback delivery.
• Develop manager resources, playbooks, and training to strengthen leadership.
• Support hiring, onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, retention, and exits.
• Guide performance management with clear expectations and regular feedback.
• Lead sensitive employee relations cases with documentation and compliance.
• Maintain and improve people policies across geographies.
• Foster inclusive team cultures with trust and psychological safety.
• Interpret engagement data and translate insights into practical initiatives.
• Support organizational change initiatives and effective adoption.
• Analyze trends to identify risks and opportunities, and advise leadership.
• Provide data-informed recommendations aligning people decisions with business goals.
• Contribute to organizational design, job leveling, and workforce planning.
• Advise on compensation matters and consistency of communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to scale people processes.
