• 5+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, client engagement, or a comparable commercial role.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers, executives, and other high-level stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to quickly understand diverse industries, structures, and business models.
• Proven international experience across multiple countries, regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Spanish or French language proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills with a professional presence.
• Ability to manage multiple commercial conversations simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Strong follow-through, organization, and coordination in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Sound commercial judgment, discretion with sensitive discussions.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with autonomy over the full lifecycle.
