Joe Duffy Cork is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to be the focal point for parts customers, managing enquiries and coordinating with the workshop and dealership to ensure smooth service.

You will maintain product knowledge across the full parts range and uphold dealer standards while delivering excellent customer service and timely information to customers in a busy motor retail environment.

Qualifications

• Focal and experienced point of contact for parts customers
• Maintain flow of information between workshop, dealership and customer
• Qualify parts needs and requests
• Establish understanding and agreement with customer on parts required
• Liaise with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction, follow dealership procedures
• Understand and adhere to brand service requirements
• Maintain safe working practices and dealership rules
• Maintain product knowledge on full parts range
• Keep relevant systems accurate at all times

Responsabilités

• Be the focal and experienced point of contact for parts customers
• Manage all parts telephone and walk-in enquiries for the dealership
• Qualify parts needs and requests from customers
• Agree with customers on parts required and expected delivery
• Coordinate with workshop and other departments to ensure smooth service
• Handle customer dissatisfaction per dealership procedures
• Adhere to manufacturer brand service requirements
• Maintain safety and dealership working rules
• Keep parts systems accurate and up-to-date
