Job summary

This full-time, permanent role involves handling general administrative tasks, managing live job cards, processing invoices, organising bookings, and liaising with fleet and insurance companies to keep customers updated.

You will interact with customers by phone, prepare estimates, and contribute to a smooth, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence.
• Previous experience in a service or bodyshop is advantageous.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• General Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the department.
• Managing Live Job Cards: Maintain and update live job cards, ensuring accurate documentation of ongoing projects.
• Processing Invoices: Handle the processing of invoices promptly and accurately, maintaining financial records with attention to detail.
• Organizing Bookings: Coordinate bookings effectively, optimizing workflow and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Liaising with Fleet Companies: Act as a primary point of contact for fleet companies, providing updates on the progress of work and addressing any queries or concerns.
• Liaising with Insurance Companies: Act as a primary point of contact for insurance companies, to gain authorisation for repairs.
• Customer Communication: Interact with customers over the phone, providing assistance, answering queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Issuing Estimates: Prepare and issue estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding costs and timelines.
