Job summary

Freenow, a leading on-demand mobility platform, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for the Irish market to lead operational strategy and execution under the Head of Operations. You will optimise daily operations, drive performance improvements, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will manage a team of Operations Executives, develop driver engagement campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing, Product and Public Affairs to roll out new features and sustainability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in people management.
• Analytical operator focused on continuous improvement using latest tech.
• Experience with technology-driven marketplaces.
• Ability to communicate with drivers and commercial partners.
• Extensive network in Irish market segments preferred.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to scaling a tech marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize KPIs such as driver supply, fulfillment rates, and passenger waiting times.
• Lead and mentor a team of Operations Executives.
• Develop driver engagement campaigns to attract and retain drivers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Public Affairs on launches and expansions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and drive improvements.
