Job summary

Freenow in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee performance management, driver engagement, and cross-functional projects within our growing mobility platform. You will lead a team, drive campaigns to attract drivers, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Public Affairs to roll out new features and expansions.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, 5+ years in operations with 3+ years of management experience, and a proven ability to scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in people management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for large driver-facing teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a scaling marketplace.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with technology-driven marketplaces and AI-enabled optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize KPIs such as driver supply, fulfillment rates, and passenger waiting times.
• Lead and mentor a team of Operations Executives.
• Develop campaigns to acquire and retain drivers for top-tier passenger experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Public Affairs to launch features and expansions.
• Use large datasets to identify trends, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and drive decisions.
