Job summary

ServiceNow in Ireland is seeking a Senior Director, EMEA Field Ops Lead to shape the operational cadence for the Customer Excellence Group across EMEA. You will own strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management, translating global priorities into regional action.

As a trusted partner to GVP, EMEA CEG and SPO, you will drive headcount planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional initiatives, while building relationships with Finance, HR, and Sales to deliver value at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant work experience in tech strategy/ops, management consulting, delivery leadership, or customer success
• Experience supporting or leading field operations for large distributed post-sale or professional services org is preferred
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset and growth orientation
• Strong data analytics, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders and run orgs with accountability

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the operational strategy and annual operating plan for CEG across EMEA
• Own performance and health of the EMEA field organization with metrics, targets, and forecasts
• Improve operating model, processes, and tooling for scalable GE0 execution
• Translate global CEG strategy into EMEA-specific priorities
• Partner with Finance and CEG leadership on headcount planning and investments across EMEA
• Collaborate with Sales to achieve NNACV growth and risk mitigation
• Serve as a trusted partner to EMEA CEG leadership and SPO leadership
• Represent EMEA Field Ops in global SPO forums and executive communications
