Job summary

Empresaconfidencial in Cork is seeking a highly organised Sales Operations Executive to join our expanding commercial team. You will support sales performance, drive commercial excellence and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance to ensure efficient processes, accurate reporting and outstanding customer delivery across the UK & Ireland market.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Support in FMCG, Retail or distribution.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems for data management.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily operational and commercial activities.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage customer, product and pricing information within CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate promotional activities, trade campaigns and new product launches.
• Monitor trade spend, customer agreements and promotional effectiveness.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting and demand planning processes.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent customer delivery.
• Assist Account Managers in preparing customer presentations, business reviews and performance reports.
• Track KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
