You will shape the future of the operation, drive efficiencies, build high-performing teams and ensure exceptional service delivery to a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in MSP, IT Services or technology services.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams and improve business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of operational KPIs.

An established and growing technology services business is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop its Irish operation as the business enters an exciting new phase of growth.

This is a key leadership position with responsibility for operational performance, service excellence, team management and continuous improvement across a customer-focused technology services environment.

You'll play a central role in shaping the future of the operation, driving efficiencies, developing high-performing teams and ensuring exceptional service delivery to a diverse customer base.

This role would suit an experienced Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager or Head of Operations with a background in managed services, IT services, technical support or field-based service environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience implementing process improvements and driving efficiencies.
