You will own senior client relationships, mentor teams, and collaborate with EY engagement groups to drive digital enablement and process improvement across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years delivering large-scale transformation in Financial Services or consulting environments.
• Exceptional client relationship management and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Outstanding communication and influencing abilities with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programmes and provide strategic advisory to clients.
• Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to influence stakeholders.
• Drive thought leadership, develop robust business cases and shape forward-thinking solutions.
• Apply expertise in strategy, operating model design, customer experience and digital enablement.
• Oversee projects across full lifecycle, manage budgets, timelines and risk.
• Mentor high-performing teams and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
