Qualifications

• Degree-qualified professional with proven experience in business transformation, ideally in large change programmes.
• Minimum 3 years’ track record delivering complex change initiatives within Financial Services.
• Expertise across full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery; able to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong problem-solving, resilience, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Financial Services, focusing on customer strategy, operating model design, and lean processes.
• Drive innovation through data-driven insights and AI-inspired solutions to optimise customer experience.
• Collaborate with clients to shape objectives, analyse pain points, and translate them into actionable strategies and requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture processes and user stories; translate into deliverables.
• Manage stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment and outcomes.
• Deliver insights through data visualisation and technology implementation for informed decisions.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to influence senior stakeholders and guide decision-making.
• Organise and prioritise work to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
