Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in life sciences seeks an experienced IT System Engineer to support Microsoft 365 applications and optimize Windows Server environments. Responsibilities include delivering IT support to end-users and utilizing automation tools like PowerShell. Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience with IT systems, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and virtualization technologies, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience with IT systems and infrastructure.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server administration, and virtualization technologies.
Proven track record in providing user support from first to third line.
Foundational knowledge of networking principles.
Practical experience with scripting languages, preferably PowerShell.
Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.
Oversee and optimize Windows Server and Hyper-V environments.
Deliver comprehensive IT support to end-users across multiple levels.
Utilize automation tools like PowerShell and Intune.
Assist in the configuration and deployment of technical infrastructure.
