Job summary
CompuStaff Group is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 / IT Support Engineer to join its managed IT and cloud services team. You will work with business customers to support and optimize their Microsoft 365 environments while developing cloud and security skills.
The role covers troubleshooting, user administration, and implementing security configurations across Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Defender. Travel to client sites is required.
Qualifications
- Proven IT support experience in a business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID) and security settings.
- Good communication skills and customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to business customers and resolve IT issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
- Assist with security configuration, MFA, Conditional Access and Defender.
- Troubleshoot networking, connectivity and general IT infrastructure issues.
- Help assess customer environments and implement recommended improvements.
- Support delivery of Microsoft 365, cloud, security and infrastructure projects.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
