Job summary

Frank Keane BMW Blackrock is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for a full‑time, on‑site role. You will engage with customers in the showroom, respond to enquiries, conduct test drives, and deliver detailed product presentations on new and Approved Used BMW vehicles.

You will manage the complete sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, prepare accurate quotations, coordinate finance options with the Business Manager, and proactively follow up with prospects to hit dealership targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or premium brand sales.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiar with CRM platforms and dealership systems.
• Full, clean driving license; eligibility to work in Ireland.
• BMW or automotive industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in showroom, respond to enquiries, conduct test drives, and deliver product presentations on new and Approved Used BMW vehicles.
• Manage complete sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate finance options with the Business Manager.
• Proactively follow up with prospective customers and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
• Contribute to achieving dealership sales targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with BMW product developments and present vehicles to brand standards.
• Support dealership promotional events and marketing campaigns.
