Job summary

Kearys Motor Group in Ireland is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join its energetic sales team at BYD Bandon, Clonakilty Road, Bandon. You will drive customer engagement, qualify needs, and guide buyers through vehicle selection and handover, all while delivering exceptional service.

The role offers an industry leading base salary with a strong commission structure, a company car, fuel car, mobile, laptop and a contributory pension scheme. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving license is essential.
• 2–3 years car sales experience in a target driven environment.
• Previous sales experience within the motor industry is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and qualify needs to tailor vehicle recommendations.
• Assist customers in selecting their new vehicle and guide through purchase.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout buying process.
• Liaise with customers from enquiry to handover of sold vehicles.
• Maintain showroom displays and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
• Work to targets and deadlines and contribute to team success.
• Develop knowledge of all products, accessories and key features.

Role Responsibilities

• Greet customers and qualify them effectively in order to understand their needs.
• Assist customers in selecting their new vehicle.
• Ensure great customer service is provided to all clients.
• Liaise with customers throughout the buying process.
• Manage the preparation and hand over of sold vehicles to customers.

Role Requirements
