Job summary

VOID Interactive, the kickass team behind Ready or Not, is seeking a Senior Live Service Growth Manager in Ireland. You will own the live service P&L, design monetisation and economy systems, and coordinate with Marketing, Publishing, and Production to scale content cadence.

You’ll lead data and analytics infrastructure, build dashboards, and present forecasts to studio leadership while shaping long-term player value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in live service or growth roles with leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of a live service P&L at scale and revenue outcomes.
• Hands-on experience designing battle passes, stores, pricing, progression, and economy balance.
• Strong SQL, cohort analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, and data infrastructure decisions.
• Experience leading or planning data warehouse builds and attribution stacks.
• Confident presenting strategy and performance insights to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Own the live service P&L across the portfolio, including in-market titles and launches.
• Set strategic direction for value-creating live service content with player-centric focus.
• Translate player behaviour, retention, and monetisation signals into commercial actions.
• Present P&L performance, forecasts, and recommendations to studio leadership.
• Build scalable economy frameworks: battle passes, stores, pricing, and currency.
• Coordinate monetisation execution across the live calendar with internal and external partners.
