Version 1 in Ireland is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead strategic client relationships and ensure delivery excellence across a portfolio of accounts. You will partner with senior stakeholders, the delivery team and leadership to drive service quality, satisfaction and growth.

You will own governance, financial oversight, risk management and service improvement, while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and strengthen customer value across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Service Delivery Management.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Stakeholder management at senior level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer engagement, service governance and executive management experience.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Revenue growth and financial acumen within accounts.
• Process governance and leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Initiative and collaborative teamwork mindset.
• ITIL v4 certification with hands-on practice across service lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Strategic client management and governance point of contact.
• Produce and present service reports and performance trends.
• Lead executive service reviews with customers.
• Manage escalations, risks, and customer requirements.
• Oversee invoicing, profitability and commercial performance.
• Lead monthly forecasting for revenue and project costs.
• Ensure ISO20000/ITIL compliance and governance.
• Drive continual service improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate operational and business risks.
• Drive customer satisfaction and account growth.
• Mentor Service Delivery Managers and team members.
