Job summary

Verve is seeking a Creative Resource Manager in Ireland to orchestrate resource across fast-moving experiential projects. You will balance workload, skills, and wellbeing to enable exceptional live experiences while partnering with Creative Directors, Account Teams and Producers to ensure successful project outcomes.

You'll drive capacity visibility, forecast demand, and manage both internal teams and freelance talent, introducing efficient processes for briefing, scheduling and workflow clarity

Qualifications

• Proven experience in resource management, studio management or traffic management within a creative agency.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to make confident decisions under pressure.
• High attention to detail with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day and long-term scheduling of creative teams across projects.
• Match talent to projects based on skills, experience and goals.
• Balance workloads to maximise efficiency and prevent burnout.
• React to shifting project demands and priorities.
• Partner with Creative Directors, Account Teams & Producers to understand scope.
• Attend kick-offs and status meetings to anticipate needs.
• Maintain visibility of capacity, skills and future needs.
• Produce reports on capacity, utilisation and freelance needs.
• Lead freelance onboarding, rate negotiation and bookings.
• Own and improve resource management tools and workflows.
• Support leadership with forward planning and peak-period strategy.
• Monitor team wellbeing and advocate sustainable practices.
• Develop understanding of design workflows and live event cycles.
