ESB in Dublin is seeking a Specialist Lead to design and deliver 400kV OHL projects within the Linear Assets Delivery group. You will lead engineering design, manage design meetings, and coordinate safety and health plans, budgets and quality.

This role requires a Level 8 Engineering degree, 7+ years in OHL design, strong project/contract management, and excellent stakeholder engagement. Occasional nationwide travel and flexible smart-working arrangement are offered.

Competenze

• Level 8 degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in OHL design.
• Strong project and contract management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide technical expertise for delivery of HV specialist design for OHL from 38kV to 400kV.
• Provide technical support to colleagues in the area of OHL design and undertaking verification of designs.
• Overall responsibility for safety as PSDP and for design risk assessments and health and safety plans.
• Lead and deliver OHL projects, including LE responsibilities, budget, and quality requirements for a 400 kV project.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and financial aspects with stakeholders.
