Job summary

Google is seeking a Lead Strategic Negotiator to own and orchestrate Joint Ventures, partnerships and data-center deals across Europe, including London, Paris and Dublin.

You will drive complex negotiations, align ventures with long-term infrastructure plans, and present deal recommendations to Tech leadership, influencing cross-functional teams.

The role requires seasoned experience in negotiating capital-intensive infrastructure agreements with high impact across Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of Joint Ventures (JVs), pan European Datacentre Partnerships and SPVs for new data center builds across the EMEA region.
• Define and lead end-to-end execution of complex commercial partnerships that secure long‑term, scalable capacity.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Corporate Development and Cloud to structure ventures, partnerships and complex cross‑agreements.
• Ensure that proposed ventures are aligned with long‑term infrastructure supply plans and strategic capacity requirements.
