Job summary

Google Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Senior Land Development and Portfolio Manager to lead site expansion initiatives, secure development-ready properties, and coordinate infrastructure for data centers.

You will manage complex negotiations with vendors and landowners, align with utilities and local authorities, and guide portfolio strategy to support Google's growth while delivering on ambitious schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue site expansion projects and infrastructure procurement for current and new Google data centers.
• Manage confidential projects, balancing value and timing, and contribute to project plans.
• Negotiate and draft agreements with vendors, landowners, and suppliers for space and utilities.
• Liaise with local, regional, and national utility providers for supply strategy.
• Oversee development activities to meet delivery schedules set by capacity planning.
