Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategic Negotiator to lead end-to-end data center capacity deals and forge long-term partnerships. You will structure bespoke commercial arrangements, engage senior stakeholders, and coordinate with Finance, Treasury and Cloud teams to accelerate deployments.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, market insight across digital infrastructure, and the ability to mentor junior colleagues while driving cross‑regional collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development.

Responsibilities

• Be directly responsible to execute end‑to‑end data center capacity deals.
• Ensure that proposed ventures are aligned with long‑term infrastructure supply plans and strategic capacity requirements.
• Define and lead end‑to‑end execution of complex commercial partnerships that secure long‑term, scalable capacity.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Corporate Development and Cloud to support ventures, partnerships and complex cross‑deals
