Project Foundry is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead IT & Technology recruiting in Ireland. You will manage contracts, permanent and project-based roles, grow key accounts and build a specialist market. Hybrid Dublin working with an established client base and leadership support to deliver high-quality placements.

You’ll develop deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates, navigate complex requirements, and drive delivery excellence within Ireland's technology sector.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT or Technology recruitment.
• Strong Irish market network across IT and Technology clients.
• Proven track record delivering complex recruitment assignments.
• Strong account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts through delivery, trusted advice and new hiring demand.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract roles.
• Use direct sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping for quality candidates.
• Refine client briefs and advise on market availability and best routes.
• Develop long-term partnerships with hiring managers and IT leaders.
• Maintain CRM records and deliver against recruitment delivery goals.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Managed Services teams.
