Job summary

HR Search is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a fast-growing global SaaS business operating in Identity Verification. The role is hybrid in Ireland with 3 days onsite and 2 remote, supporting engineering, technology, product, GTM, and corporate functions across international markets.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment, develop proactive sourcing, advise hiring managers, and leverage data for improved hiring outcomes in EMEA, US and APAC.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years' full-cycle recruitment experience.
• At least 3 years' technical recruitment experience within SaaS or technology.
• Proven experience recruiting technical roles, particularly Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SRE or Product.
• International recruitment experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Recruit across Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Product, Sales, Marketing and Corporate functions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and strong talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment advisor.
• Provide market insight around talent availability and recruitment trends.
• Support recruitment across EMEA, US and APAC markets.
• Use recruitment data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvement and employer branding initiatives.
• Deliver a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience.
