Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment partners with a leading global e-commerce and technology business to recruit a Senior Technical Recruiter for an initial 6-month contract in Dublin. The role is hybrid, with immediate start and a hands-on remit across SRE and other specialist engineering hires.

You'll own end-to-end recruitment, influence sourcing strategy, partner with engineering leaders and manage offers in collaboration with HR, Legal and compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years end-to-end recruitment experience with strong technical exposure.
• Experience recruiting within high-growth tech/e-commerce/digital environments.
• Demonstrable experience hiring SRE/Engineering profiles.
• Excellent active sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Strong ability to partner and influence hiring managers at all levels.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and campaigns in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to advise on the talent market.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-directed approach with ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Experience using an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across a portfolio of technical and Engineering vacancies.
• Partner closely with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement of passive technical talent.
• Source for hard-to-find and specialist technology profiles, including SRE.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, providing market insight and guidance.
• Manage candidates through interview processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Coordinate with interview teams and hiring managers to keep processes moving efficiently.
• Manage offers and closing activity in partnership with Compensation, HR, Legal and other internal stakeholders.
• Provide clear pipeline reporting and market feedback to hiring teams.
• Help continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing approaches and tools.
• Represent the business externally as a credible and engaging Talent Acquisition ambassador.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a high-profile global e-commerce and technology business to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter on an initial 6-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and enjoys working directly with senior Engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical hires.

You will join an established, collaborative Talent Acquisition function and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a range of high-priority Engineering and technical roles, with particular exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and other specialist technology positions.

This is a hands-on role where you will have genuine influence over sourcing strategy, stakeholder management and the overall candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter / Senior Technical Recruiter who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and hit the ground running.

Ideally, you will have:

• 5+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience, with strong technical recruitment exposure.
• Proven experience recruiting within a high-growth technology, e-commerce or digital environment.
• Demonstrable experience hiring SRE / Engineering / highly technical profiles.
• Excellent active sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Strong ability to partner and influence hiring managers at all levels.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and recruitment campaigns in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to advise stakeholders on the technical talent market.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
• Experience using an ATS .
