Fruition Group Ireland invites experienced recruiters to join a brand-new Dublin office as Principal Consultant – Technology Recruitment. You will lead sourcing, screening and placing top tech talent across Ireland, the UK and beyond, while building client relationships and mentoring junior colleagues.

You’ll report to Directors and shape sourcing strategies, with exposure to senior leadership and rapid growth in a high-energy, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing accounts into long-term client relationships.
• Sourcing and matching top tech candidates to client needs.
• Head-hunting and networking via LinkedIn, GitHub and Stack Overflow.
• Writing and posting job adverts.
• Telephone screening candidates for suitability.
• Managing end-to-end interview process.
• Making offers and handling rejections professionally.
• Collating references and supporting documentation.
• Building a personal brand across social media.
• Staying current on tech industry trends.
• Using internal tech stack to work smarter.
• Arranging and attending client meetings to explore opportunities.
• Negotiating fees and terms of engagement.
• Managing and supporting junior colleagues day to day.
