Project Foundry is an Irish strategy execution and transformation business that helps organisations bridge the gap between ambition and delivery. Since 2015, we have partnered with government departments, public sector organisations and private businesses that depend on technology to transform how they operate.
We bring together specialist resourcing, professional services, technology platforms and transformation expertise to help our clients turn their plans into practical, meaningful outcomes. We work alongside them as a trusted, long-term partner, combining deep expertise with practical thinking and taking the time to understand their business, challenge assumptions where needed and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Our culture is ambitious, collaborative and accountable, guided by five core values: Client First, Always; Humble Dedication; Own It; Make It Happen; and Win Together.
As we continue to grow our IT Resourcing practice, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who values relationships over transactions and wants the opportunity to build and develop a specialist technology market. We believe successful recruitment starts with understanding people, technology and business.
This is a senior recruitment role focused on delivering high-quality contract, permanent and project-based technology appointments. You will manage recruitment assignments from initial requirement through to successful placement, developing strong client and candidate relationships and building deep expertise within your specialist market.
You will benefit from an established client base, an experienced leadership team and the wider capabilities of Project Foundry, while having the autonomy to develop long-term client partnerships, influence the growth of the practice and become recognised as a trusted adviser within Ireland's technology market.
Depending on your specialist market and client demand, you may recruit across technology and transformation disciplines including:
Success in this role will be measured through recruitment delivery, the quality of client and candidate relationships and your ability to build a strong specialist market. This includes delivering high-quality shortlists against complex requirements, becoming a trusted adviser to clients and building genuine long-term relationships with candidates. You will be expected to take ownership of your market, maintain strong candidate networks and consistently turn client and market knowledge into successful outcomes, while contributing to the continued success of Project Foundry.
This is an opportunity to build and develop a specialist market within an established technology and transformation business. You will have the autonomy to deepen existing relationships, build strong candidate networks and shape your market, while being supported by Project Foundry's wider client base, delivery capability and technology expertise.
You will also have the opportunity to influence the growth of our IT Resourcing practice and become recognised as a trusted recruitment partner within Ireland's technology community.
Join us and help organisations find exceptional technology talent, while building a career you can be proud of.
