PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Tech Central (IT) team within Business Enablement Solutions (BES). You will manage multiple technology projects, delivering successful adoption of technology solutions and driving changes across IT and business teams.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, delivery excellence and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to mentor teams and contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience delivering technology projects.
• Experience managing SDLC projects and software implementations.
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project delivery.
• Monitor progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Support risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings and document minutes and actions.
• Ensure governance and documentation standards are met.
