Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Project Manager to join the Tech Central IT team within Business Enablement Solutions (BES). You will manage multiple technology projects and oversee adoption of technology solutions, guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong project management, people management and communication skills, with the ability to lead change and motivate teams, delivering projects on time, within budget and to agreed quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technology delivery projects.
• 3+ years project management experience.
• Experience in the SDLC and software implementation.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management and working to deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT Programme of Work and develop detailed project plans.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for execution.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and escalate when needed.
• Prepare regular project updates, reports and presentations.
• Support risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings, document minutes and actions.
• Ensure governance and documentation standards are met.
• Deliver benefits within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in PM.
• Direct and motivate the project team.
