Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client-facing banking technology programmes, shaping technology-enabled transformations for banking clients. You will mobilise, plan and deliver complex programmes, while building trusted relationships with senior executives across business, technology and operations.

The role combines business development, account growth and market development with leadership of multidisciplinary teams and governance across delivery, risk and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology consulting, systems integration or technology-enabled transformation with banks.
• Experience leading complex banking technology implementation engagements or major programme workstreams.
• Demonstrable business development experience, including opportunity identification, proposition development, proposal leadership and client presentations.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and engaging confidently with executive stakeholders.
• Record of resolving complex delivery issues and operating effectively in high-pressure programme environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce and present executive-level materials.
• Knowledge of Irish, UK or European banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Business development and market growth: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across banking, including business, operations, technology, transformation, risk and procurement leaders.
• Develop understanding of clients’ strategic priorities, technology estates, investment agendas and delivery challenges.
• Originate and shape new consulting and implementation opportunities within existing and prospective banking accounts.
• Lead and contribute to the development of client propositions, proposals, presentations, statements of work and commercial submissions.
• Develop market-facing perspectives on banking technology trends and use these insights to initiate client conversations.
• Support PwC’s Banking Technology propositions, credentials, delivery assets and go-to-market approach.
