Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager in Advisory to lead technology-enabled banking transformations. You will build relationships with senior banking and technology stakeholders and shape propositions while mobilising large programmes.

This is a senior client-facing role combining business development, account growth and market development with leadership of multidisciplinary teams through mobilisation, design, implementation and transition into operation across banking clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology consulting, systems integration, or technology-enabled transformation with banks.
• Experience leading complex banking technology implementation engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Record of resolving delivery issues and guiding executive stakeholders.
• Proven capability in opportunity identification, proposition development and client presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with senior banking and technology stakeholders.
• Originate and shape new consulting and implementation opportunities in banking.
• Lead mobilisation, planning and execution of complex banking technology programmes.
• Ensure delivery quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across programme management, architecture, engineering and change.
