Job summary

This senior client-facing role blends business development, account growth and market development while directing complex technology implementation programmes across mobilisation, design, and transition into operation.

Qualifications

• 8 years+ in technology consulting, systems integration or technology-enabled transformation for banks.
• Experience leading complex banking technology implementation engagements or major programme workstreams.
• Experience coordinating delivery across business, technology and third-party organisations.
• Proven business development experience, including opportunity identification and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with senior banking and technology stakeholders.
• Originate and shape new consulting and implementation opportunities within banking accounts.
• Lead mobilisation, planning and execution of complex banking technology programmes.
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams including PM, architecture, engineering, and testing.
