Jobgether is seeking a Senior IT Automation & Platform Engineer based in Ireland to transform internal IT into a scalable, automated, and developer-friendly platform. You will architect and operate business systems that connect Salesforce, HubSpot, CRM, billing, HR, and collaboration tools, while building internal tooling and AI-powered workflows.

The role emphasizes security, Zero Trust, and compliance, with cloud operations across AWS and GCP, and a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/Platform Engineering or related field, with 3+ years in senior role owning internal business systems and automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve the internal business systems ecosystem across SaaS platforms and cloud services.
• Design reliable workflows and data synchronization between platforms.
• Build automation tooling, internal services, and CLI tools.
• Develop API-driven integrations using REST/GraphQL, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Automate CRM, billing, entitlement provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and access management.
• Create self-service IT workflows and developer-friendly APIs.
