Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Technical Support Engineer based in Ireland to serve enterprise customers across the EMEA region. You will own customer-facing conversations via tickets, Slack, and calls, and help teams resolve complex issues involving APIs, SDKs, and data integrations.

You will influence support processes, documentation, automation, and escalation paths, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management, solutions engineering, or a comparable technical customer role.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, logs, HTTP requests, event data, integrations, and implementation details.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for tickets, Slack, docs, and calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support for complex questions involving APIs, SDKs, data integrations, tagging, and implementation behavior.
• Own customer-facing technical support cases across tickets, Slack, and calls, with clear status updates.
