Job summary

Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to advance core engineering platforms and automation systems. You will influence architecture across multi-region infrastructure, mentor engineers, and drive rapid, high-quality software delivery.

You will work hands-on on platform direction, help modernize tooling, and ensure security and reliability at scale in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with Java and AWS
• Experience architecting large-scale distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, containers and CI/CD
• Proven leadership and mentoring of engineers across teams

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale, multi-region infrastructure platforms
• Define technical strategy aligned with business priorities
• Lead proofs-of-concept and evaluate new technologies
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks and fix root causes
• Mentor engineers with hands-on guidance and code-level support
• Communicate technical trade-offs to leadership
