Qualifications

• IPASS certification with at least 5 years of Irish payroll processing experience
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to spot errors
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build client relationships
• Willingness to own tasks and propose improvements under pressure

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for a varied portfolio of payroll clients with minimal supervision
• Process and review end-to-end Irish payrolls of varying headcount and complexity
• Host governance calls with clients to track progress and identify improvements
• Ensure payroll manuals reflect current processes and legislation
• Prepare payroll calendars and checklists; validate payrolls
• Answer and resolve complex client queries and Revenue inquiries
• Prepare ROS submissions and manage auto-enrollment matters with clients
• Deliver excellent customer service and escalate where appropriate
• Maintain clear communication with clients about service delivery and progress
• Share knowledge within the team to ensure consistent service across departments
