Job summary

Tax Talent Reliance Limited, a leading IT services company based in Dublin, is seeking a payroll specialist on a permanent basis. You will process payroll for all employees, manage deductions and payments, and ensure compliance with Irish tax laws.

The role reports to the Payroll Manager and offers a hybrid work arrangement, a competitive salary, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Detailed knowledge of Irish and UK PAYE, PRSI, USC, BIK and ROS/HMRC.
• Minimum IPASS qualification.
• Familiarity with Irish tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

If you're a payroll specialist looking for a new challenge and a great work environment, then look no further! We're a leading IT services company based in Dublin, and we're looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing payroll for all employees, managing payroll deductions and payments, ensuring compliance with all Irish tax laws and regulations, and preparing and submitting payroll reports, submissions, reporting directly to the Payroll Manager.You'll also be providing support to employees with payroll-related questions and concerns.

We're looking for someone who is:

• 2+ years experience in payroll processing, preferably for an IT services company but not essential
• Detailed knowledge of the Irish and UK PAYE system, PRSI, USC, BIK, and ROS/HMRC
• Minimum relevant payroll or IPASS qualification
• Familiar with Irish tax laws and regulations
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
