Job summary

Vibrant Recruits Ltd. is partnering with a global leader in HVAC to appoint a Senior Industrial HVAC Technical Sales Engineer for Ireland.

The role covers the full sales cycle from early project stages to order, building relationships with M&E consultants, contractors and end users, and delivering technically robust proposals. You will represent a world-renowned HVAC manufacturer with strong engineering support and an extensive product portfolio, responsible for ownership of the sales process

Qualifications

5+ years in HVAC or related technical industry.
Proven experience in technical sales, applications or specification-led environments.
Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new Industrial HVAC opportunities across Ireland.
Monitor upcoming projects and engage early in the sales cycle.
Build and maintain relationships with engineers, consultants, contractors and end users.
Influence specifications and secure product selection at design stage.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
Manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle; lead negotiations and secure orders.
